Awaken your senses and dedicate an entire weekend to your own rejuvenation in body, mind, heart and spirit with Allison Wright and Vickie Saito in this autumn retreat to Manzanita Beach.
Whether you’re looking to reignite your fire, reconnect to your center and sense of grounding, receive the healing energy that the ocean has to offer, breathe and be supported by an amazing community, or simply create the space to relax and be present, this retreat is for you.
You’ll restore your vitality through daily Inspired Dance and Yoga classes, MELT treatments, walking meditations along the beach, as well as an experiential movement playshop. Afternoons are intentionally left unscheduled to provide you with plenty of downtime to soak up the ocean, relax in spa treatments, hang with new friends, and explore Manzanita.
